2nd day (14th April)

Hey everyone,

Finally our project has got on the road! 2nd day of project was all about getting known with each other during lot of activities.
We spent time playing lot of games about learning all participants names and also getting to know all 42 personalities, because we all have our own history, experience, culture and view of life.
We also had a marshmallow challenge. It involved the task of constructing the highest possible free-standing structure with a marshmallow on top. The structure must have been completed within 15 minutes using only 20 sticks of spaghetti, one yard of tape and a marshmallow.
Observation and studies of participants show that the kindergartners are regularly able to build higher structues, in comparison to groups of business school graduates. this is ecplained by tendency for children to at once stick the marshamallow on top of a simple structure, test the prototype, and continue to improve upon it. Whereas, business school students tend to spend time on planning and finally producing a structure to which the marshmallow is added.

And of course the evening came and it was ukrainian cultural evening. They welcomed us with bracelets from Ukraine.

Ukrainian group made a theater performance about wedding from old traditions, which was very passionate and also funny. They definetely showed us their tallent in acting and also singing few beautiful ukrainian songs.

After ukrainian evening we went to the Black sea. What a waves! Can you imagine?! And looking up to the stars gave the inner peace in us.

Live your life passionately, live with purpose, make a difference, be all you can be, have fun, be awesome and most of all - believe in yourself!
